1 · Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by 芜湖市淑柳商贸有限公司 (Wuhu Shuliu Trading Co., Ltd.), a specialty-retail trading company registered at Room B2-208, Desheng Plaza, Caogang Street, Yijiang District, Wuhu, Anhui Province, China. By accessing the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2 · What This Site Is

This site is an informational brochure and contact channel for a specialty-retail trading business. Product-line descriptions on the site are illustrations of retail scope, not offers to sell. Availability, pricing, quantities, and terms are established only through direct written quotation and a confirmed order. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, and submitting the enquiry form creates no contract.

3 · Transactions

Actual purchases are governed by the specific commercial documents issued for each transaction — quotations, order confirmations, manifests, invoices, and any separate written agreements. Where those documents conflict with anything stated on this site, the transaction documents control. Delivery terms, risk transfer, and warranties are defined in those documents, not on this website.

4 · Licensed and Restricted Goods

Certain listed fronts deal in licensed or restricted goods, including tobacco products, cigarettes and cigars, electronic cigarettes and vape products, marijuana and CBD products (where lawful), and fireworks. We supply restricted goods only to buyers holding valid licenses and permits, and only where sale and shipment are lawful in both origin and destination jurisdictions. Age verification applies where required. We will refuse any transaction we cannot lawfully complete, including any attempted purchase of restricted goods by minors or for prohibited destinations.

5 · Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
